Service Description

● Warm-Up (15 minutes): ○ Begin with a warm-up routine similar to the first class. ● Dribbling Progression (20 minutes): ○ Build on dribbling fundamentals with the "Dribble Relays": ○ Dribbling while changing speed. ○ Dribbling while looking up to see the court. ○ Incorporate dribbling drills with cones and obstacles. ● Passing Skills (10 minutes): ○ Reinforce chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes. ○ Practice passing under defensive pressure with the "Passing Under Pressure Drill." ● Basic Defensive Skills (20 minutes): ○ Teach the defensive stance, defensive slide techniques, and close-out drills. ○ Have students practice guarding each other with one-on-one drills. ● Shooting (15 Minutes) ○ Pump fake ○ BGT - Shot fake at elbow -> Layup ○ Spot Shooting ● Rebounding Fundamentals (10 minutes): ○ Explain offensive and defensive rebounding positions. ○ Teach the importance of boxing out with the "Box Out Drill." ● Cool Down (10 minutes): ○ Finish with light stretching and deep breathing exercises.
